Project Manager Position Description

Position Summary

The Project Manager position is an autonomous independent contractor role that is a key part to any real estate investment project. Redemption Restorations (RR) is a full service general contracting and project management business that primarily serves real estate investors. The Project Manager works with independent subcontractors to execute the construction project to the investor or homeowner’s agreed up scope of work within the agreed upon budget and within the agreed upon timeline. The Project Manager works directly with the General Manager to analyze performance and solve high level problems.

Position Responsibilities

• Create a detailed Scope Of Work for each project using the RR Scope Of Work template.

• Complete necessary paperwork for building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits.

• Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed on-scope, on-time, and on-budget.

• Ensure quality control throughout the entire time of a project.

• Expected to manage 25 projects per year.

Position Requirements

• A problem-solving, entrepreneurial, and humble attitude.

• Excellent Organization, and Communication skills.

• 1 Year of Construction Experience (Preferred).

Compensation

• Base Pay of 3.5% of the managed rehab budget ($85,000 Average Rehab Budget = $2,975)

• $250 bonus for completing a project on budget.

• $250 bonus for completing a project on schedule.

Training & Development

• Weekly meetings with the General Manager to brainstorm system improvements.

• Continuing education program in project management.

• Work directly with real estate investors that could provide real estate investment opportunities for your personal portfolio.
